What We Examine
Phones We Can Examine
We conduct forensic extractions on a wide range of phone makes and models, from the latest flagship releases to older and lesser-known brands and everything in between. That includes iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, Oppo, Xiaomi, Motorola, Nokia and many more. If you're unsure whether we can examine a particular device, call us with the make and model and we'll tell you before any work begins.
When It Matters
- →Criminal defence: testing phone evidence in the prosecution brief
- →Domestic violence and protection order matters
- →Family law disputes involving messages or photos
- →Employment matters and workplace misconduct
- →Harassment, threats and stalking
- →Civil disputes where agreements were made by text or chat
Extraction Levels
How much can be recovered depends on the phone model, operating system version and lock state. A logical extraction captures what the phone presents; a full file system extraction reaches app databases and deleted records. We tell you which level was achieved and what that means for the findings.
We use industry-recognised tools including Cellebrite and Magnet, and verify key findings across more than one tool.

Common Questions
Can you get into a locked phone?+
Sometimes. It depends on the model, software version and whether the passcode is known. Tell us the make and model and we will advise before you send it.
Can you recover deleted WhatsApp messages?+
Often, but not always. Recovery depends on how long ago they were deleted, how much the phone has been used since, and whether backups exist.
Do I have to hand over my phone for days?+
Not always. Many extractions can be done in a day, and on-site collection can be arranged so you keep the phone.
