// Why we exist

Unverified digital evidence is a liability. We apply the same methodologies trusted by law enforcement to examine devices, recover data, and produce reports that withstand legal scrutiny — independent of any party, free of vendor ties, and accountable only to the evidence.

What Guides Every Engagement

01

Independence

No vendor ties, no fixed allegiances. Our opinion follows the evidence, wherever it leads.

02

Defensibility

Documented, repeatable methods and unbroken chain of custody on every matter.

03

Confidentiality

Discreet handling under legal professional privilege, from first enquiry onward.

04

Clarity

Complex findings translated into plain language that lawyers and the bench can act on.

// Leadership

Bobby Pabla. Certified, Courtroom-Tested.

Foren6ix is led by Bobby Pabla, an IACIS-certified examiner (CFCE, ICMDE) who came to private practice from a 16-year career in law enforcement and government investigation — from frontline, tactical and covert policing with the New Zealand Police to complex fraud, corruption and immigration matters with the Serious Fraud Office and Immigration New Zealand. At PNG's Independent Commission Against Corruption he founded and led the Digital Forensic Unit, building its evidence-handling and eDiscovery standards from the ground up. He has delivered expert evidence and testimony in civil, criminal, family and insolvency matters — and every engagement is led personally, never handed to an unaccredited subcontractor.
