Digital Forensics on the Sunshine Coast

We act for Sunshine Coast law firms, businesses and individuals on device examinations, disclosure reviews and expert evidence, in person and remotely from our Brisbane base.

How Sunshine Coast Matters Work

Devices can be handed over in person by appointment, collected from your office, sent by tracked courier, or imaged on site at your premises. Cloud and Microsoft 365 data can be collected remotely. Chain of custody is documented from the first point of contact with the evidence. Disclosure and report reviews are done securely and remotely, so there is no wait for travel.

Every examination is carried out by an IACIS-certified examiner (CFCE, ICMDE) and licensed Queensland private investigator (licence 4978525). You receive a written estimate before any work begins.

Working in Sunshine Coast

We can usually attend anywhere on the Sunshine Coast the same day, depending on the matter.

We have given evidence and prepared reports for matters in the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Magistrates Courts and QCAT. Devices can be collected from your office, imaged on site, or taken to our Brisbane lab under documented chain of custody.

Expert reports follow Chapter 11, Part 5 of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 (Qld).
